And Fitnah is greater than Killing
Praise is to Allah, who glorifies Islam with His victory and disgraces disbelief with His might, and dispenses affairs with His orders, and lures the disbelievers by His cunning, who has destined days as rounds amongst the people and has made the final victory for the believers by His grace and peace and blessings upon him, who raised the light of Islam with his sword
To Proceed
After the killing of an Italian in Gaza at the hands of some of the monotheist brothers who demanded Hamas to release Sheikh Abul Waleed Al Maqdese- as per the statement of media outlets- the scholars of rulers and the leaders of Hamas launched a frantic war on our monotheist brothers in Gaza, calling them as ‘carriers of Al Qaeda thoughts’ and ‘Khawarij’ and other such statements
And then the Hamasist security machinery arrested tens of our brothers and raided into their houses and scared their women and children and stole their weapons and money, in continuation and increase of their war against every person who followed the methodology of ‘the victorious sect until the day of judgment’ or what is now known as the ‘Salafi jihadist methodology’
They claimed that our brothers killed a person whose blood has been protected by the Sharia, and that the Italian had come in support of the stranded Muslims in the Hashemite Gaza
Regardless of the fact whether the claim of these people is right or wrong, but using the event to justify apparent disbelief and clear Shirk, in which the Hamas government has fallen, instead, justifying the killing of monotheist believers and arresting and torturing them at the hands of the torturers of Hamas and its leaders, is what has forced me to write over this matter, as a support for our monotheist oppressed brothers in the defiant Gaza, and in support of truth, and repelling falsehood (To be absolved before your Lord and perhaps they may fear Him)
We say
If it is true that the brothers really killed this Italian, and that he was from those who it’s forbidden to kill, then this does not mean the corruption of methodology that these monotheists carry, but it is a mistake that will be forgiven - by the will of Allah- due to their jihad and Tawheed
I was reminded by the defamation of these Murjiifeen, with the defamation of the tyrants of Quraysh of the Muslims, when Abdullah bin Jahsh al Asadi and his companions- May Allah be pleased with them- killed a disbeliever in the forbidden month… then Quraysh claimed that they had got a pretext and they said- Muhammad has broken the sanctity of the Holy month, then Allah the Almighty revealed-
They ask you about the sacred month - about fighting therein. Say, "Fighting therein is great [sin], but averting [people] from the way of Allah and disbelief in Him and [preventing access to] al-Masjid al-Haram and the expulsion of its people therefrom are greater [evil] in the sight of Allah. And fitnah is greater than killing."
Imam Ibn al Qayim- May Allah have mercy on him- said about this verse, as though he is replying to the scholars of rulers and the Hamasist today:
“Allah, Most Glorified says: What they have done may be serious, but the sins of which you are guilty, such as disbelief, preventing people from following the Way of Allah and from making pilgrimage to His House, expelling the Muslims who were residents of Makah from their homes, the Shirk which you practice and the Fitnah which has resulted from your actions is a greater sin in Allah's Sight.
And most of the scholars have explained the word Fitnah here as meaning Shirk; and the truth of it is the Shirk which its owner calls to and he punishes those who are not put to trial by it (i.e. those who do not accept it)….
And what is meant is that Allah, Most Glorified has judged between His followers and His
enemies with justice and He has not deprived His followers of hope if they err due to misinterpretation or are deficient in any way that He will forgive them for what they have done because of their affirmation of Allah's Oneness, their acts of obedience to Him and their migration to Al-Madinah.” (Zaad al Maad /extract taken from translation as it is/)
I say- yes, what you have defamed the Monotheists with- if it is correct- is a great matter that we cannot excuse in any condition, but what you have done of huge blunders are greater and bigger near Allah in the balance of His Sharia
For you are the ones who have committed Shirk in one of His greatest qualities and that is legislation and you have made for yourself Gods and Helpers other than Allah from who you take your legislations and rulings
And you are the ones who have taken the rotten associative democracy as your methodology and religion
And you are the ones who have made friends with the enemies of Allah and taken the helpers of Allah as enemies
The Chechen issue near you is an internal Russian issue, and the Mujahedeen are idiots and stupid Khawarej
As for the tyrants of the east and west then they are your brothers and friends and “Highnesses”
And you fought all those who thought or worked to implement the Sharia of the Lord of the Worlds, beginning with our brothers in Jaish Al Islam, and our brother Khattab Al Maqdese, who you tortured for a disbeliever, passing on to the massacre of the Sabra quarter and your executing them in front of their mothers and wives and children and your firing on the procession of the pure and respected sisters and your talking dirty to them… to the heinous massacre that you performed in the right of our Sheikh Abu Noor al Maqdese and his brothers- May Allah accept them- in the Masjid of Sheikh Al Islam Ibn At Taymiyyah in Rafah and the street killings and execution, even of the injured in ambulances and of those who surrendered themselves.
Ending with the arrest of 10s of our brothers and scholars, at their head, our Sheikh Abu al Waleed al Maqdese- May Allah hasten their release
So, if our brothers killed one person by mistake, then you have killed tens of believing Mujahidin, with no scope for mistake
And if our brothers killed that Italian then they killed him for a good Shari and obligatory cause- and that was to release a transgressed Muslim prisoner- and they made a mistake…
As for you, then your cause is more evil than your work, your cause is to stop the setting up of the rule of Allah and defending your stale disbelieving laws, for the rule of Hamas and the government of Hamas
And how great is the difference between the two goals
For they are not same, those who aim for good and miss it and those who aim for evil and reach it
Just like that, tell us o Hamasist, by what crime has Sheikh Abul Waleed al Maqdese and his brothers been imprisoned
Did they kill a forbidden self? Did they violate honors of any Muslim?
Did they rob or loot their money?
They were not arrested except because they performed the order of Allah of Tawheed, and enjoining good and forbidding evil
They were not arrested except for your disbelieving laws with which you are slamming the pure Sharia of Allah and preferring it upon its every law
By what right are you seizing the weapons of the brothers and their money?
By what right are you spilling their blood and widowing their women and orphaning their children and breaking their Masjid or seizing it?
By what right are you defending every tyrant with your tongue and sword, and every disbeliever and hypocrite and apostate enjoys in your custody, peace and security, at a time when the monotheists do not find from you except tracking and imprisonment and killing and humiliation?
You O Hamasist are more rightful of being called Khawarij than our monotheist brothers, as it came in their description upon the tongue of our Prophet -peace be upon him- that they “kill the people of Islam and leave the people of idol worship”. The Rawafid and apostates and hypocrites are at ease and entertainment in the Hashemite Gaza under the shade of your rule, and they get nothing from you except sweet talk and qualities of brother hood and open doors…
For you are the one who welcomed the criminal blood spiller whose hands are smeared with the blood of the children of Iraq and Afghanistan, Tony Blair, and you imprisoned and tortured those who tried to kill him in order to avenge the blood of Muslims
Whereas our brothers are chased and fought and they do not find from you except the ugliest of descriptions and false accusations and bullets and bombs and prisons…
So which is this balance by which you weigh O people, do you not understand?
A last statement I direct to those who lament us upon writing these words after the condemnation of one of the leaders of Hamas on the death of the lion of Islam of this era, Sheikh Abu Abdullah Osama bin laden- May Allah accept him in the ranks of the martyrs and grant him the highest Firdaws
I say- Our problem with the government of Hamas was never because of their lack of love for Our sheikh or due to their ill mannerism towards him,… our difference is not based upon personalities or groups, but it is upon the base of this religion, upon the statement, there is no god but Allah
Our difference with them is due to their breaking down this trustworthy handhold with apparent Shirk which they have committed and fought every person who called to remove it and have stood with weapons to protect it…
The condemnation of one of the leaders of Hamas of the killing of Sheikh Abu Abdullah- May Allah have mercy on him and accept him- is a good thing and a statement of truth, but this matter does not wash or forgive their falling in Shirk and then their killing their brothers
The Truth Almighty says- Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin.
And they, if any or some of their leaders condemned the killing of Sheikh, or send mercy upon him, then there are others who are seeking acquittal from the Sheikh, instead they have assured that the statements of those who condemned the killing of the Imam does not express the opinion of the movement, and as against that, they have fought and killed and imprisoned the followers of Sheikh and have declared war on every one who carried his thought and ideology.. For they as is locally said “Killed the dead and then walked in his funeral”
And based on this, then our acquittal from the government of Hamas and its defense machinery and those who follow them and disregard their falling in shirk and kufr, will not end until they return to serious monotheism and seek acquittal from shirk and apostasy
Allah the Almighty has said There has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, "Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah. We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you animosity and hatred forever until you believe in Allah alone"
And in the end we would like to remind everyone and especially the leadership of Hamas and its followers and the scholars of the rulers and aired channels who are defaming our brothers today, that our brothers never started the fighting with Hamas and until now, they are adhering to the directions and instructions of our scholars in restraining to fight Hamas… but in spite of that, we have not seen from Hamas except the continuation of its policy of tracking and following and arresting and killing
And based on this, Hamas holds the responsibility exclusively for any fighting or explosion of events that may take place- for continuous increase in pressure only causes explosion, and the one who has warned has been excused
And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know
And our final call is Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds
And peace be upon the Prophet Muhammad, so long as the birds fly in the sky
